The extraction that powers Balance did not start with Balance. It started three years ago inside DealIQ OS. It reads sales calls and separates what the buyer actually confirmed from what was merely mentioned in passing. Thousands of calls, hundreds of prompt revisions, one very slow lesson: the difference between “the buyer said yes” and “the rep heard yes” is the whole game.

That extraction layer is why Balance can talk about the relationship in specifics instead of vibes. When we say “the commitment was made on the call from May 14 at 14:07”, we mean it. The same engine that reads MEDDPICC evidence for DealIQ reads commitments for Balance. It is not new science. It is old science, applied to the right problem.
